I installed a small turnbuckle. Just welded a tab to the framerail, and used an open bolt hole on one of the cylinder heads, and it does a very good job of limiting the movement. Looking at my 300, it appears that a solid mount would help create a lot of room to work down there, but I wonder, of course, about the vibration. If the vibration is bearable, I'd prefer a solid mount over the turnbuckle.
